My contribution for Skywatch Friday. The things on the beach are huge logs washed up by the Winter Storms off the Pacific and the mist is the fog and clouds first reaching the American Continent from the Pacific.Hope you all have a terffic weekend. Thanks for Stopping by.

It's a gray and foggy sky, but it's beautiful! I love this.

Aside from the fact that my local beaches are mostly rocky ... boy that scene looks familiar!! I love the west coast beaches in winter.
Thanks for a stunning photo, and a good reminder to get down to the beach!
Amazing shots! Beautiful beach shot. Reminds me of the only time I've seen in snow on the beach.
It's a beautiful shot of the west coast in it's best winter greys! I hope you have a lovely weekend too Yolanda.
Something so serene and calming about this view..
Nice photo.
I can hear the waves and the ocean.
I would like to go there to collect some wood. For decorations.
Happy weekend! :)
I love the ocean . . . you captured the fog and mist beautifullly.
Beautiful capture of the misty fog over the beach. Nice.
I enlarged the picture and was able to see all the logs. That's really amazing!
This is really mysterious and wonderful.
Even with all the fog the longing wells up inside of me when I look at this photo. Have a great weekend, too, Yolanda!
We don't usually see the aurora where I live. but sometimes when it's very cold we may be lucky. You have to go to the north part of Norway to see it.
This is such a beautiful shot... it looks cold but yet it is so picturesque!
