Rampant like Herpes but For Positive

Hey , I saw this video and thought I would share it here. I like the message it gives no matter what your political inclination.I think that in this election it is so imperative you vote your beliefs.I guess that most of you who read here can tell where my vote lies but that is the beauty of this country that we all each one of us who is REGISTERED TO VOTE gets the choice to make our voice heard.

Do not believe in anything simply because you have heard it. Do not believe in anything simply because it is spoken and rumored by many. Do not believe in anything simply because it is found written in your religious books.Do not believe in anything merely on the authority of your teachers and elders. Do not believe in traditions simply because they have been handed down for many generations. But after observation and analysis, when you find that anything agrees with reason and is conducive to the good and benefit of one and all, then accept it and live up to it."Buddha

Yeah Yolanda! Loved the video -- I've been a consistent voter for a long time, so it's nice to see more folks gettting serious about it.

I'm with you on this. I happened upon this video earlier and have shared it on all three of my blogs ... just because. I'm hoping EVERYONE registers AND votes ... this this election and all future elections too. The Buddha quote is PERFECTION ;--)

I watched this on another blog--and LOVED it! I just wish it could run on national television.

Good message...but for some reason, I have a hard time listening to celebs when it comes to these kinds of matters. I have seen so many of them treated as "gods" of some kind that being successful at the box office somehow means you are politically savey....anyway, I do agree.....we need to vote. Thanks.

Got this one. Vote, Vote, Vote.
Yolanda, could you please email me your snail mail again so I can get your package out to you. I am so disorganized after the 2 hurricanes and I know it's somewhere---how could I forget the beautiful state you live in. Hugs, Pat

I believe I must use that Buddha quote (with a link here). It is what I need to hear today. Thanks for being the messenger.

This is a good reminder. I hate it when people tell me they don't vote because it doesn't count. I feel we have an obligation to vote...
