I apologize for not posting sooner but just haven't felt I had anything to say . I suspect it was just the late winter funk.lol.
I am so happy to see all the flowers and trees blooming here in the Northwest and the appearance of the blue sky.
I have found that there is NOTHING BETTER:
than the beauty of fresh cut daffodils in my house from an area flower stand grown locally.
than the beauty of all the trees blooming and the tulips so pretty in their splendor.
than the wonders of modern technology that allow me to use facebook to see pics and videos of my family back in TN almost instantly.
than planning for a trip to the Southern Oregon Coast in early April.
than the appearence of the blue sky here in the northwest.
than the joys of a good book.
than the simple pleasure of going to used bookstores and finding books that I have wanted to read for awhile.
than watching movies from Netflix that stir my soul like Bright Star .
than the voice of my friends on the telephone.
than the sheep placidly grazing on the new grass in countryside near my house.

It's good to hear from you again. We've had a gorgeous start to Spring and I'm ready for it, too. A Spring party would be fun - shall we run in the streets and celebrate?

I am glad Spring has come to you! I am so into books right now, I watched Bright Star but I really couldn't get into it! I wanted too and watched it all the way through without doing anything else I just didn't get the spirit of it. Anyway!
Enjoy the Spring! I too think it is great to have the internet and be able to connect with you all the way across the US.

Nothing like spring to lift the spirits. I hope the weather on the coast feels like spring. We'll be on the Washington coast at the same time. I'll send good thoughts down the Pacific to you.

Oh, I do understand that late winter funk. Don't worry about not having anything to post--it will come, and we will all be here. Hopefully Spring will bring you out of your funk. Spring is popping here in Austin, and I totally understand Robin Williams words, "Let's Party".
