I found this on the Kind over Matter blog. It is a printable Pdf . I plan on printing this off and putting one in my locker at work and one here at home so I can remind myself of this each day throughout the coming new year.
I have had an icky cold and am trying to get over it. I am thinking of my word for next year.I have chosen a word ever year for the past 4 years to kind of be me touchstone for that year.In previous years I have chosen : abundance, revitalize, and enough. I plan on posting later this weekend with my word for 2011.
I hope you all have a wonderful last weekend before Christmas weekend and a lovely Christmas week.

That's a really cool affirmation -- I need those kind of reminders in my daily life.

I really love your yearly word idea. Last year I chose a verse "Trust in God, trust also in me" -- which basically amounted to one word: trust.

WOW... that strikes a chord and is hugely inspiring, Yolanda! Thank you for sharing this! With this reflective time in mind I've been thinking of my phrase/word for 2011, and have decided on Live Slow/Live Well. After a good many difficults and health issues this year, I'm ready to ring a new year with a new outlook and better health. I plan to to write more at my blog on this during the holidays too. Thanks for stopping by my place. So much enjoying your blog. :o) Happy Days ((HUGS))

My favorite quote from Anne of Green Gables: "Enough is as good as a feast." Rachel used to say that. I love that poster!

We sure don't know what other people have dealt with in their lives, do we?! This is a really great piece.
