My wish for you

I know I have been absent for awhile here but I wanted to stop by and wish each of you a wonderful New Year.
It has been a year of tremendous change for me and been extremely hard but I am eager for the new year to come.I know that we all have these years and this one was mine.I know at times this year I have felt like a ballon floating along in the wind with no moorings. It seemed that the foundations of everything I held to be true was shaken but I am still standing and still here.

I have a couple of questions for each of you if you would take a minute to answer them.

Would you like to see this blog stay the way it is or change to being a book blogging ,craft type blog?

Do you prefer Blogger or Wordpress?

Do you think I should start a new blog or keep this one?

Any information and feedback on this topic would be greatly appreciated.

I have decided my word for 2012 will be explore.I thought about savor, quest, up, light, and story.I settled on explore because I have much I want to change about my life the way it is. I want to explore fitness, find a creative outlet that I enjoy, find a church home and explore the new community I find myself in. So explore is my word. What did you choose?

Here is hoping 2012 is the best year yet!

I like the idea of choosing a word for 2012. I will have to give this some thought! Happy New Year to you.

I don't have a word for the new year. I haven't really thought about it, but it might be a good idea to think about one. - As for your blog, I use blogger but that's just because I'm used to it. I like blogs where the person just shares what's going on with them, maybe it is a craft or something they cooked up or just a thought...hope that helps. - Have a very Happy New Year! xo

Explore is a great word. I'll post some thoughts on New Year's Day. I've gone through blog redo's... thinking of doing a new one in the future. Right now, I don't have the time to devote to it. If changing your blog suits you, do it. It should be a reflection of your personality and heart.

Happy New Year.

What a great word for 2012! I love that! I love how your blog is now... it's very uplifting and inspiring... but if you'd like to add some other elements to it as well I think you should. Sounds fun! I like both Blogger and Wordpress.... and I would just keep this blog and add different elements to it as you feel like adding them.

YES! I want to see this blog stay and I want to see it stay simply as you. What I mean by that is what you've been doing. I love your combination of such wonderful heartfelt posts, words of wisdom and glimpses into the books you read. Ultimately it's your blog, your space and if you feel like you need to change it up, I'm still going to be here and visiting with you whenever I get a chance to stop by.

I haven't yet chosen my 2012 word...debating a bit on that one.

Wishing you all the very best for the New Year!

My word for 2012 is trust. God is still teaching me about that. I've been a slow learner when it comes to trust. I like to use Blogger. I like your blog like it is. Happy New Year! Peggy

Of course, it's not up to me or other readers, but I like the variety of whatever you write and put here. I know my friend loves wordpress, but I've always been satisfied with blogger.

Happy New Year! Explore is a great word--I'll have to think of one for me this year.

Yolanda, I like your blog just the way it is. Ultimately, I think a blog reflects who we are and I enjoy your inspirational posts and book reviews, etc.
I like the word "explore" for your word of the year. I have yet to choose a word, but that's a good one.
Blessings,
Anita
