Poetry Thursday: Time
Take time to notice,How fragile is life,And when it is gone,
How it cuts like a knife.
Take time to remember,Try not to forget,
That life is for living Without a regret.
Take time to think,Of those we have lost,
Terrible tragedy,With insurmountable cost.
Take time for the sunrise,Of a morning so new,
Evaporating the tears of aHeartbroken dew.
Take time to care,For people still here,
Long lasting friendships,And loved ones so dear.

Yolanda - Just catching up on your last few posts. I'll be praying for travel mercies for you this week and hope all goes well with the interviews and the house hunting/selling. I know it's alot on your plate, but I hope someday soon you and your husband will be enjoying the great northwest together! :)
I love this piece of poetry.
I reminds us of what is really important.
Thanks for sharing this beautiful poem! So appropriate for these troubled times in which we live.
