The play of light on the waves in the foreground, the deep mist, and the absence of light in the background just amaze me. I see the real world become a dream as I look through your photo. Magic. God bless.
One of my favorite things about your blog are your beautiful 'seascapes'!!! Thank you so much for sharing these...it helps me to cope while in 'drydock'! :)))
Oh, another picture of the sea. And a lighthouse. I love lighthouses. They symbolize so much. I told my sweetheart the other day that I've decided if God should take him first I will sell everything except a few choice treasures and move to the coast. He asked why I would wait to go alone! Because I didn't think he would ever want to do that.
A bit more information on the bookstore. My mind went blank when I sent you information about the location. It's in Grand Ronde but you probably figured that out. They have thousands of books. Not all old. Lots of paperbacks and new things but definitely a fun place to go. We didn't have a lot of time there. Next time I can I want to spend a bit more time there and snoop around to see what I find. I'll be back to visit again soon. ~Adrienne~
wow I am CRAAAAAAAZY about this photo! The contrast between the dramatic sea and the incredibly subtle sky colours is great, but throw in a lighthouse and you have a sure winner!
Stunning stunning STUNNING! You have great talent.

I remember Yaquina Head!! Thank you for that picture that sparked memories of me living in Oregon.
AND THANK YOU for the book! I got home this morning at 1 am, and just now in the late afternoon discovered a pile of mail! What fun to open all the envelopes and then to find your red package! Like a Valentine's Day gift! Thank you so much, Yolanda.
Isn't it fun being a shutterbug? Your love for the ocean really comes through in this picture and I could sit and get absorbed into it very easily ~ thanks for sharing your talent! Joni
