May we never forget what the day is really about.I thank all those who have paid the ultimate sacrfice and those who still do.

My dad was a veteran of the Korean War, my uncle WWII as were 3 cousins.My father in law who died when my husband was 9 served both in Europe and in The Pacific recieving several purple hearts and a silver star for his valor. I thank all this men and honor them on this day.

Yes, yes and yes...let us never forget. We will never be able to understand what they went through..we will know that it was true hell...let us never forget the sacrifices and the pain.
Let us always honor each and every one as best we can.

It was a profound sacrifice those men & women made. I'm not sure I would be up to the task.

Yes, let us not forget! My father, 3 uncles, numerous cousins, father in law, husband, son, and son in law have all served or are serving now. And the spouses, parents and children serve too by sending them.
