The Universe

This was my email message from the Universe today and I thought I would share it since I needed to hear it too.

I can imagine that from your perspective, it must seem like some truly awful things happen in time and space. So if you wouldn't mind, I'd like to weigh in.
yolanda, you live in a world of illusions. A world that springs from a much deeper and far greater reality. And while at times the illusions are indeed ugly, with your physical senses you only see the tip of the iceberg. If you could see the whole, you'd discover that the unpleasantness was only the tiniest piece of a most spectacular puzzle that was created with order, intelligence, and absolute love. You'd see that contrary to appearances, in the grandest scheme of things, nothing is ever lost, no one becomes less, and setbacks are always temporary. And you'd understand that no matter what has happened, everyone lives again, everyone laughs again, and everyone loves again, even more richly than before.
Hubba, hubba - The Universe

I added music to the bottom of the page most of it is instrumental and soothing but it you don't like it just go to the bottom of the page and click it off.

Hia Yolanda, thanks for visiting my blog. I read a lot too. I'm glad you liked the tree. I will be showing more of this area in my next few Daily December posts.

Best Wishes,
Melanie

Yes, Almighty God is in control, and I for one am content to let Him handle things! I always mess up when i try to take control, lol! I'm so grateful He loves me anyway.

Yolanda,

I saw your comment on Dustpan Alley's snow post. I think we might live in the same neighborhood!

I love the messages from the Universe that arrive in email ... though I don't always take time to read them when I'm busy. I'm delighted you chose to share it with all of us today ... it's most reassuring!

Hubba hubba made me think of my middle son - he would say that all the time when he was small. :)

I needed that, Yolanda.

I have a friend who says the universe acts in its own best interest. I believe this is true. Look at what this email has done!

wow, Yolanda! I've been getting a message from The Universe every day for about 3 years now - i also thoroughly enjoyed yesterday's message, and felt it was comforting for all of us at this uncertain time in the world, economically and otherwise...

I've never met anybody else who subscribes... I always take a minute to enjoy and reflect when they pop into my mailbox every day. I don't know if you keep them, but the one from the 15th of Dec was one of my favourites! they always seem to pick up on how I'm feeling at the time.. :-)

Hi Yolanda, I came to you from Karen`s post. How do you both get these messages from the Universe? And who is hubba hubba or is it just a greeting? Good post, thaks for sharing!

Thanks for sharing this today, Yolanda. Beautiful words that should give us all pause. I just finished reading The Shack by Wm. Paul Young. The message in this wonderful book is much the same as your message from the universe.

I noticed you have Coming Home on your bookshelf. I absolutely love Rosamunde Pilcher. Have you read Winter Solstice? That's my favorite of hers.
